Requirements
Knock doors, present solutions, and generate homeowner interest.
Run consultations (with mentorship at first, then independently).
Guide homeowners through solar/water options, savings, and benefits.
Maintain activity metrics: doors knocked, appts set, deals closed.
Submit weekly reports (reflection, metrics, goals).
Provide excellent customer service from sale through installation.
Complete all required sales training modules available in our portal.
Participate in morning Zoom team meetings on weekdays.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Keep customers informed about their project status.
Be open to coaching others and collaborate effectively with the team.
Provide weekly updates to your customers.
